I had the pleasure of speaking at the Microsoft Lync Conference back in 2014. That was one of the best conferences I have attended because everyone who was there, was part of the same UC community. Lessons learned when migrating to Teams with Direct Routing and devices

Learn about what worked and what didn’t work when I had to migrate a global customer with 700 users from Skype for Business Server without doing tech pilot or business pilot first. The migration was a success, but there were a lot of gotchas during the process.
