When we started with the CloudWay 4 day week initiative through #NoMeetingFridays, I took a lot of inspiration Andrew Barnes’ book on the 4 day week. I am stoked to now get invited his organizations, 4 Day Week Global, to talk about how we did it and how we optimized they way we work in Microsoft 365 and measured it using Microsoft Viva Insights and surveys. I will combine this knowledge with my experience implementing Viva Insights over the past years for various organizations and how it has given us a vocabulary to talk about Digital Wellbeing with employees. – Ståle Hansen, Digital Wellbeing Coach
How CloudWay used Microsoft Viva Insights to move to a 4 day week
