Commsverse 2026
June 24 - June 25
Join our MVPs Merethe, Ståle, Ville, and Nikki at Commsverse 2026, where they will share expert insights on AI risk evaluation, Copilot success measurement, and M365 adoption analytics. Commsverse is a conference focused on unified communications, collaboration, contact centers, and AI, bringing together real-world insights around Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, designed for IT, UC, CX, and business leaders who want practical guidance, honest conversations, and forward-looking perspectives. Sign up today!
Most organizations are testing Copilot, and some manage to transform how work actually happens and optimize the Copilot journey. In this session, we introduce you to Microsoft’s Frontier Firm concept and reveal how CloudWay’s Frontier Firm Maturity Model (levels 100–500) helps organizations move from “AI experiments” to true human–agent teamwork.
Evaluating AI Risk with Microsoft’s Security Dashboard for AI with Nikki
As AI adoption accelerates, most organisations are no longer asking if AI is being used—they are asking whether they truly understand the risks.
In this session, Nikki Chapple, Microsoft MVP and Principal Cloud Architect specialising in Microsoft 365 data security and AI governance, shares practical, real-world experience in helping organisations move from limited visibility to confident decision-making regarding GenAI risk.
Rather than focusing solely on tools, this session introduces a clear, structured approach to evaluating AI risk that combines technical insight with governance and business context.
Using the Microsoft Security Dashboard for AI, Nikki will demonstrate how organisations can:
– Discover and inventory AI tools, agents, and shadow AI activity
– Understand how identity, data, and threat signals combine to highlight risk
– Analyse how AI interactions and data usage impact governance and compliance
– Move from visibility to action by making informed decisions and applying the right controls
Throughout the session, you will follow a practical scenario that brings these concepts to life—showing how to assess AI usage, determine what risks are acceptable, and implement controls across identity, data, and applications.
You will leave with a clear framework to help you:
– Evaluate AI risk using both signals and context
– Make better governance decisions about AI usage
– Strengthen control without blocking innovation
How you measure M365 adoption like a Pro with Ville
For many years, we’ve said that ‘data is the new gold’, so let me show you how to tap into some of that precious data on M365 usage and more from the Graph API, all done inside Microsoft Fabric. Getting started is not hard, as you’ll see in this session, and getting to a fully functional Power BI report, embedded in Teams, doesn’t need to take months or weeks.
Measuring Copilot Success with Copilot Analytics with Ståle
Ståle Hansen loves how Copilot Analytics helps measure actual usage and success for the whole organization and departments — and not just number of active users. The Copilot Dashboard has gone from a nice-to-have to a powerful tool to measure actual usage. In this session, he will cover
– How to measure objective and subjective feedback in the same report
– How to drive intentional use with Copilot and measure the success of the training
Ståle Hansen is a Copilot MVP and has spent the past four years investigating how to measure successful Copilot ROI, and will share those findings in this session
