CloudWay AS focuses on protection and processing personal data in accordance with current legislation. This can be information about own employees, customers and suppliers or others who contact us via our website.

Personal information is information and assessments that can be linked to you as an individual.

This privacy statement describes what personal information CloudWay AS receives and collects when you order and use CloudWay AS services and what CloudWay AS does to protect your personal information.

Registration and collection of personal data

CloudWay AS processes the personal information you provide when registering with us and any information that you otherwise voluntarily give form you, such as information if you fill out a form on our website and provide name, email, phone number, company, etc.

In addition, CloudWay AS continuously collects and processes information about their customer relationships, such as information about what products your company has, if you have attended courses under the direction of CloudWay AS and the like.

What is personal information is used for?

CloudWay AS uses personal information to provide you with the services you have registered for. Personal information is used to manage your customer relationship, complete delivery and billing. CloudWay AS thus treats personal information with consent or in order to meet contractual obligations pursuant to section 8 of the Personal Information Act.

Collection of information via website

The personal data we register through website is the one you give from you voluntarily, for example by submitting a form.

When you submit a form through our website, it will be clear what you sign up for. This may be to follow our blog, get a non-binding offer or meet or try software. CloudWay AS will only use the information you submit, for the specific purpose stated on the form you submitted.

All information recorded through forms, chat dialogs and other registrations on the website will be stored locally in CloudWay AS information systems and will be stored, managed and eventually deleted either upon request from you or when processing is no longer necessary.

Storing personal information

CloudWay AS keeps personal information in accordance with applicable law, and at all times undertakes measures to ensure confidentiality, accessibility and integrity requirements. Your personal information will only be stored as long as CloudWay AS has a legal basis for it and a necessary need to store the information. When CloudWay AS no longer has a legal basis or a necessary need for storing personal information, the information will be deleted or anonymized. The data is secured with encryption, access control and internal procedures for document security.

CloudWay AS internal systems are stored in cloud services. These are then placed with suppliers where the processing is regulated by a data processor agreement.

If our process is based on your consent, you may also withdraw this at any time.

Revision of the Privacy Statement

Cloudway AS may change this privacy statement if:

a. The processing of personal data is changed.
b. Revision is considered necessary due to changes in laws or regulations given in accordance with law.
