Festive Tech Calendar is an online event from 1st to 31st December spanning more than 140 sessions in 6 tracks by Communities for Communities.

Join Simon Skotheimsvik and our MVPs Nikki Chapple, Merethe Stave, Stale Hansen, and Lesley Crook who will talk about how branding through Microsoft 365 can help unify the distributed workforce—also unpacking sacksful of Microsoft Viva gifts that span how to make learning a part of your workday, manage security, compliance, and governance, nurture digital wellbeing, collaboration, and improving communications.

On the first day of Christmas, join Simon Skotheimsvik, track 5, 11am – 12pm. Microsoft gave to me… as the popularity of remote working continues to spread, workers today can collaborate across cities, countries and even time zones. Microsoft 365 is the cloud-first platform that helps organizations enable a digitally connected, distributed workforce to work in new ways while simplifying IT and reducing cost. How can we make sure all distributed employees identify them self and feel connected with the company? Let’s look at how branding through Microsoft 365 can help unifying the distributed workforce, and maybe have a festive edge on it during holidays, seasons and anniversaries.

Join Nikki as she unwraps how you create Viva audiences to segment employees so you can focus your communications, resources and initiatives on the people who are most likely to respond/ benefit from them.

Christmas time – how are you coordinating all the Christmas activities with your mobile-first users? There are Christmas cookies in the lunchroom, there are Christmas greetings videos from all over the company in Viva Engage and there is Christmas dress-up day the last day before the holidays. Learn what it looks like for Frontline Workers when they are involved and engaged in all the Christmassy happenings using Viva Connections, Viva Learning, and Viva Engage.

On the ninth day of Christmas, join Merethe Stave, track 2, 11am – 12 pm.  Microsoft gave to me… curated topic cards, improved well-being, engaged frontline workers, new learning pathways, clear OKRs… awesome focus plans, better communication, an intranet in Teams, and great experience for employees.
