Comms vNext

25/04/2023 - 26/04/2023

Comms vNext is an independent, Community-led event, created and fashioned with the Community in mind. Comms vNext focuses on the Microsoft Teams ecosystem, especially around communication and collaboration technologies. The majority of our speakers come from the community itself, who typically share their knowledge from their day-to-day experiences helping their own organizations or customers.

An IN-PERSON event. Join our MVP experts Ben Lee & Alexander Holmeset at Comms vNext in Denver Colorado. Register here today on Just Attend.

Ben’s session: Teams use location services across many calling features, from quality management to emergency calls. Teams use location data stored in at least five separate places to support these features. It can be a challenge for admins to manage the interplay of these services, let alone keep on top of them. In this talk Ben will take a close look at how and where Teams uses location and networking information so you can come away with a good understanding of how to best configure and manage it for your deployments.

Alexander’s session: A lot of tasks in the Teams Admin Center are time-consuming. Once I used many hours/days to enter 200 network sites in the network planner, but never again! Learn today how you can automate things in the portal that don’t even have an endpoint in Graph API or a commandlet in the Teams PowerShell module! Who doesn’t love saving hours of work? As a bonus, il show you how to automate client-side things also, which seems to have no way to be automated!
