Jim May is a Senior Cloud Consultant who specialises in Microsoft 365 Governance and Compliance. With over a decade of experience, he has built a strong track record of delivering secure, scalable and effective cloud solutions across a wide range of organisations. His expertise spans the full Microsoft ecosystem, alongside extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud architectures and leveraging Microsoft Azure Technologies to support modern workplace transformation.
In addition to his technical capabilities, Jim has worked as an Organisational Change Manager, enabling businesses to successfully adopt new technologies and maximise their value. He is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between technology and people, ensuring that solutions are not only implemented effectively but are also embraced and utilised to their full potential.
Jim holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including the Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert and Cybersecurity Architect Expert, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and best practice.
